Despite two recent RCMP Criminal record checks, two recent RCMP Child Abuse record checks & two recent RCMP Adult Abuse record checks, not to mention SECRET Level Security Clearance to work for the Public Health Agency Of Canada's National Microbiology Laboratory prior to moving to Winnipeg, Manitoba in 1998, which all determined I was neither a Criminal, nor Child Abuser Nor Adult abuser.

Between 2003 - 2018, I was denied Disability Benefits 6 times by Manitoba Government owned Public Insurance, after a Motor Vehicle Accident in 2003 made it impossible for me to work as an Independent Medical Investigator for the Public Health Agency Of Canada at the National Microbiology Laboratory in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

At first I won the Insurance benefits I applied for. ..

Then the Benefits were CLAWED back, I appealed & won again.

On top of a False claim that I'm a Child Abuser (1999) & False Prostate Cancer Diagnosis (on-going for 20 years), Michael Garbutt ~AKA~ Riff Vandal has also suffered from Fraudulent Mental Medical Diagnostics and Treatment, resulting in Unwarranted Incarceration, despite, "Bearing Straight" my entire Adult life or half of living memory (Living Memory = 100 years) & was recently been involuntarily physically and chemically incarcerated 6 times over 3 years between 2016 - 2018, including involuntary chemical injections and drugs, Over The Last 3 Years Mike Was Under Surveillance by Manitoba Government Public Insurance!

Manitoba's so-called Public Insurance & Criminal Justice System are essentially Publicly Funded, Private "clubs" for the elites to bully ordinary people with impunity or "IMP Unity."

Michael Garbutt immigrated to Canada as a Journeyman, nowadays termed JourneyPerson Automotive Mechanic as well as after winning The Guinness Trophy from College for Graduating as the most proficient, final year craft student.

Then Mike served for 40+ years in Monogamy as a responsible and accountable parent & partner, and worked in Canada's Healthcare system for 30+ years, during which time he earned 3 Medical Science degrees and 4 diplomas in Automotive Mechanics and Medical Laboratory Sciences, where he once again, won the most proficient student graduating in the final year practicing medical laboratory science. It turns out, that Mike married a "TRICK" who ended up stealing not only Mike's life & money, but also TRICKED Mike's Son into believing Mike was QUEER and got Mike arrested and incarcerated because of Her "connections" in, "THE FORCE." Ergo, few if any references will be made about that Scottish TRICK that cost me my entire adult life and family, Linda Garbutt (nee Healey) moving ahead. ..

If if wasn't for Racial Discrimination in Healthcare & everywhere else, including The Police & Justice system, Mike would still be working in Medical Sciences. Instead, "Someone" or "Group" has forced Mike into poverty & Mike has been Arrested & Physically & Chemically Incarcerated 6 times for NO reason, & Mike lives under the threat of Indefinite Physical & Chemical Incarceration by the Police EVERY DAY.

Sad ending to the Canadian Adventure, eh? But wait, it's even worse than that too. ..

Mike Garbutt -AKA- Riff Vandal on facebook, immigrated to Canada from the United Kingdom in his mid 20's, and shortly afterwards met a young woman, fell in love and married. Mike spent the next 43 years of his life in a monogamous relationship which is ongoing, as a responsible and accountable husband and father of one Son.

Mike has lived & worked for 52 years of his life away from home on the road, during which time he saved enough money (when he could find a job!) so as to be able to afford 15 years of post-secondary education; 15 years full-time education living and working away from home on the road, 5 years living and working away from Home in London, UK studying Automotive Technology and 10 years in Healthcare in Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, where he spent the most recent 40 years either working as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, a Medical Researcher and Vaccine Developer, where he helped develop an efficacious EBOLA vaccine that's saved hundreds of thousand of lives in the DRC so far. And as a palliative care volunteer musician amid vulnerable people with limited functional capacities for 15 years & every aspect of Canada's politics, healthcare, justice & police state, His Home. ..

Plus, Mike served the community for 26 years playing host on the Musicians Network (Winnipeg, MB), which nowadays has a facebook page sharing local Winnipeg memes. ..

Its hard to believe that the first of two career ending work related injuries I've sustained in my life occurred 40+ years ago. Then after I hurt my back humping a rear axle truck spring on my own (hot tip = don't do that!) I spent 10 agonizing years sitting down in the classroom becoming a medical scientist and vaccine developer to earn an income (hot tip = definitely don't do that!!). ..

I've also spent time at home, schooling myself on Canadian culture and whatnot, and I reckon a 43 years serving in Monogamy in Canada in Animal Husbandry & Matrimony as a responsible and accountable parent & partner of a Wife, a Son, Two K9s, 4 felines, birds and lots of flora too, and worked in Canada's Healthcare system for 30+ years, during which time he earned 3 Medical Science degrees and 4 diplomas in Automotive Mechanics and Medical Laboratory Sciences, where he once again, won the most proficient student graduating in the final year practicing medical laboratory science from SAIT and The Calgary General Hospital between 1984 & 1986, deserves celebrating. ..
